Return Policy
At Tuffy Pet Supplies, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Please mention"Return Request - Order #[your order number]."
2. Return Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions.
3. Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label to affix to your package.
4. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to us using the provided return label.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Upon approval, we will process a full refund of the item minus the shipping cost to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.

At Tuffy Pet Supplies, we take pride in offering high-quality toys, including those labelled as "indestructible" or "heavy-duty." However, please note that no toy is completely indestructible, and the durability of our products may vary depending on your dog’s chewing habits. Every dog is different, and some may be able to wear down or damage even the toughest toys. The label "indestructible" refers to the durability under normal use, but it does not guarantee that the toy will not break. As such, the use of such toys does not automatically qualify for a refund. We are continually working on improving our products and welcome your feedback to help us enhance durability. If you experience any issues, please reach out, and we will be happy to assist you.
